39-foot trailer with 60-inch sides and 48 cubic yards of capacity, featuring a 3/8-inch-thick UHMW floor. Equipped with a grain door, lift axle and Shur-Co electric roll tarp.

ALUMINUM UHMW HALF ROUND
Dumping wet distillers grain. This 40-ft frameless “Innovator” tandem-axle trailer has 60-inch sides, 48 cubic yards of capacity, 3/8-inch UHMW plastic, air ride, non-load-bearing legs, a Sure-Lock-style roll tarp and a front access door. Approximate weight: 9,800 lbs.
HALF ROUND BODY
The 16-ft “Minivator” features 1/2-inch UHMW plastic for asphalt, 72-inch sides, 26 cubic yards of capacity, a 30-inch cab shield, hoist and hinge package. Approximate weight: 3,200 lbs. Available in custom lengths.
ANTI-TIPPING DEVICE
Patent-pending dump protection system with three available protection levels: warning light; horn and warning light; or hydraulic release valve with warning light. Designed as a universal fit for dump-trailer brands and models.
ALUMINUM AND UHMW PLASTIC
Wink Trailers use a proven UHMW plastic made in the USA. The trailers are designed around this material to reduce the amount of aluminum required. Applications that should be handled by steel trailers are not recommended for this setup.
SUPER TOLVAS MADE IN PERU
Super Tolvas were designed by Jimmy Wink in Lima, Peru. Jimmy was hired to design and set up the plant to manufacture the Aluminum 1/2 Round “American Trailer” design for mineral mining applications. The design weighed approximately 3 metric tons less than conventional trailers.
ALUMINUM FLATBED
Aluminum flatbeds built for demanding jobs. The unit shown is carrying two 23-metric-ton steel coils.
